Q: How long will it take to install my phone system?

A: Installation depends on a few preconditions that need to be met:

  1. Your Internet service must be activated.
  2. Phone number porting process begins: We initiate the porting of your existing business numbers to our VoIP provider. This typically takes 7–10 business days. During this time, your current phone service remains active until the switchover date.
  3. Site survey and installation planning:
    • If you choose wired IP phones, each desk must have an Ethernet (CAT5 or CAT6) drop (data jack).
    • If you choose wireless IP phones, we will assess WiFi coverage to ensure strong signal at all phone locations.

On the day of switchover, we will visit your site with preconfigured phones and install them with minimal service disruption. We also provide on-site training to ensure your team can start using the system right away.
